Asylum Acres Policies

Due to the fright factor, this attraction IS NOT RECOMMENDED for children under the age of 8. Children age 5 and under WILL NOT BE ALLOWED on the evening hayride in the corn maze.

All children age 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES.

NO REFUND POLICY:

There will be NO REFUNDS for and not limited to: Acts of God, terrorism and circumstances beyond the control of Riverside Farm. This includes inclement weather.

TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE:

Online and In-house tickets are non-refundable and MAY NOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGED for any reason. Online and in-house tickets must be PAID IN FULL at time of transaction.

All online tickets are subject to an online service charge of $4.50 per ticket. Please see Terms of Service for additional information regarding online ticket sales.

GROUP RESERVATIONS MADE BY CALLING 401-364-8733 or by e-mail. Tickets must be paid in full at time of reservation. There is a "NO CANCELLATION" policy in effect.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

In case of inclement weather, management will decide by 4:00pm if Riverside Farm / Asylum Acres will be operating for that evening. Cancellations will be noted on our phone line 401-364-8733.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

All tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE and may not be canceled or changed for any reason. All tickets must be PAID IN FULL at the time of purchase.

NO REFUNDS, in full or part, will be given. All tickets must be rescheduled for the current season. In the event the reservation cannot be rescheduled, Complimentary Tickets will be given for the next season.

If Riverside Farm / Asylum Acres is unable to operate due to inclement weather, acts of god, terrorism, or circumstances beyond the control of Riverside Farm / Asylum Acres; services will be provided to ticket holder for all additional nights of scheduled operation for the current season or complimentary tickets will be issued for the next season. Please call 401-364-8733 As with any business taking reservations, all reservation times are approximate. Riverside Farm / Asylum Acres will make every effort to ensure that hayrides run as scheduled. Some delays are possible due to weather and safety conditions.
