Thank you to all of our wonderful guests who visited Riverside Christmas Tree Farm during the 2025 season! The Christmas tree fields are now closed for the year. We are very protective of our crop. Christmas trees take a long time to grow, and we don’t want to oversell our crop and not have enough for the next season.
Our Commitment to Quality
Every spring, we plant 1,600 baby trees, hoping that 90% of those will grow into beautiful Christmas trees. However, Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate. Many years are tough on the baby trees. Drought conditions in the summer can be detrimental to young seedlings. We do our best as stewards of the land to keep our farm thriving.
We appreciate all of our customers who have become friends to Riverside Farm. We strive to grow a beautiful boutique Christmas tree farm.
Exciting Events Ahead
Check back on our website! We will be participating in the Charlestown Farm Days in August. You can tag a tree at that event! Imagine tagging your favorite Christmas tree on a warm summer day in August! It’s a fun way to get a jumpstart on your holiday preparations.
A Heartfelt Holiday Message
As the holiday season approaches, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year! We hope to see you again next year.

Why Choose a Real Christmas Tree?
Choosing a real Christmas tree is more than just a holiday tradition. It's about creating memories with your family. The scent of fresh pine fills your home, bringing warmth and joy. Plus, there’s something magical about picking out a tree together. It’s a bonding experience!
The Benefits of Harvesting Your Own Tree
When you harvest your own Christmas tree, you’re not just getting a tree; you’re creating lasting memories. The laughter, the excitement, and the joy of finding the perfect tree make for a wonderful family outing. It’s a chance to connect with nature and each other.
Caring for Your Christmas Tree
Once you bring your tree home, caring for it is essential. Make sure to give it plenty of water. A well-hydrated tree will last longer and look better throughout the season. Keep it away from heat sources to prevent drying out.
Conclusion
We’re excited to welcome you back next season! Remember, every visit to Riverside Christmas Tree Farm is an opportunity to create cherished memories. We can’t wait to see you and your family again!
We’re committed to being the top choice for families in Southern Rhode Island looking for a fresh, high-quality Christmas tree. Thank you for being a part of our Riverside Tree Farm family!
