Wow, can you believe how fast this year flew by? My parents always said time speeds up as you get older, and I'm starting to think they're right! It feels like just yesterday we were ringing in the new year, full of hopes and resolutions, and now here we are, looking back at the months that zipped by. Each season brought its own mix of challenges and joys, and as I reflect, I realize how much has happened in such a short time. The days blur together with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but some moments stand out, reminding me to cherish each one.

Kevin retired from his full-time job this past June, which was a big change for both of us. It's a bittersweet moment, celebrating his new freedom while adjusting to life without the usual 9-to-5 routine. We're almost all set with our farm tasks before the season kicks off! It's so rewarding to see all our hard work paying off. Kevin finished shearing the trees, a careful task that keeps them healthy and looking good. We've mowed the fields, turning the landscape into a beautifully manicured setting ready for the busy season ahead. We've also started setting up photo op spots, creating perfect areas for families to capture memories against our stunning trees. Besides these preparations, Kevin has been busy crafting unique baskets for me to use in our special evergreen floral designs. Each basket is a piece of art, showing off his creativity and attention to detail, and I can't wait to use them in my arrangements. Now, I'm just waiting for a good frost to start cutting the greenery for my creations, as frost brings out the best colors and textures in the foliage, making it perfect for my floral designs. When you visit Riverside Christmas Tree Farm, you'll find our little gift boutique where we sell handcrafted artisan products. We love showcasing local artists and their unique creations, offering gifts with a personal touch. Be our guest as you stroll through our expansive Christmas Tree fields, take a deep breath, and enjoy the fresh oxygen each tree produces. Each tree is cared for with love, and as you walk through the rows, you can feel the peaceful energy around you. Enjoy the sun and listen to nature; the rustling leaves, the chirping birds, and the gentle breeze through the branches create a serene atmosphere. Feel the breeze, take time to enjoy the holidays ahead, filled with family memories and joyful times. This season isn't just about the trees; it's about the experiences we create together, the laughter shared, and the warmth of family gatherings. Joy to the Real, as we embrace the spirit of the season and all the beauty it brings into our lives.

Live Happy

Jane & Kevin
